Both Firefox and IE won't display webpages, but my internet itself is working. My Minecraft servers are working still, for proof. When I try to open any webpage on Firefox or IE, it won't show saying, "Unable to connect" or "Page can't be displayed" How do I fix this?

This may be symptoms of an infection on your computer. Please go to your Internet Options (located by pressing the gear icon for Internet Explorer), click on Connections then LAN Settings. Make sure that there's no check mark on "Use a proxy server".
I would then recommend a scan with Malwarebytes. https://www.malwarebytes.org
