Any minecraft minigamers out there?

So i downloaded the minecraft central server and it has hide n seek on it and i love the escape Alcatraz map because i memorized it but i've seen a couple of people in a tree behind the basketball court and i was wondering if anyone knew how to get up there

No one is going to know, they could use hacks or use a map exploit which could get them banned (Depends on the server). You could ask them in a /msg [name], but be sure doing it isn't against the server rules.
