How to remove Instagram account without having access to it?

I just found an old Instagram account that I made when I was 10-11 and I really want to get rid of it. Trust me, it's really cringey and embarrassing(there's minecraft, and my friends can see it as it's not on private and they'd find it easily because I put my FULL name on the name section. The big problem is that I don't remember BOTH password and email of that account. The BIGGER problem is that I don't have access to that email, but I know what that email was because Instagram told me at the forget password section. I tried recovering the email to get access to my old Instagram through the Forgot Password thing, but Google couldn't sign me in because they couldn't verify that it was my email. I've tried doing the forgot password thing on Instagram again, but I had to have access to that email. So, is there any way I can get rid of it without access to the account and the email used in it? Is there any way to somehow get both Instagram and Google to verify that I'm the owner of the account? If you have any solutions, please do reply to this.
