When is Minecraft coming to PS Vita?

Added (1). It's already been announced Minecraft WILL be released tomorrow for Playstation 3 so obviously they do have a partnership, but the PS Vita version is scheduled in 2014 but I was wondering if anyone knew of an exact date of release.

Seeing as Mojang have no partnership or anything alike with sony, it is very likely this will never occur.
