I've just recently been working with making a usb playstation2 controller which i have had some success in doing but now when i was about to play minecraft on my pc with a 360 controller cause i use xpadder, my pc's usb ports don't even work now. And no the controller from the 360 is not broken its fine. But i'm not sure though about my homemade usb playstation2 controller. So can anyone help?

I don't know much about these sort of issues, but I'd recommend updating your USB drivers.
Click on start, right click on Computer, click on Manage.
Click on Device Manager, then find Universal Bus Serial (USB) Controller and click on it twice (double-click) and update your driver… Hope that I helped!
