Suggestions for a 700-800$ Gaming PC build?

Lately I have been really wanting to purchase a gaming PC because in the past I have been a Ps3 gamer and now I decided I would like to make a switch. After a bit of research it would appear building one will safe a ton of money and overall will get a much better performing computer. I don't really want to spend a dollar over 800, Currently I have an extra keyboard and mouse lying around so it is not necessary to include them in the 800$ budget. However later on I plan on upgrading to a Razer blackwidow ultimate keyboard for better performance (I also love the sound of its mechanical keys. ). Back to the actual question, I would like to know of a build that will run almost every game (Battlefield 3/4, Arma 2/3, DayZ standalone, Call Of Duty, Minecraft, etc) at a playable fps (always above 40) with most settings on high or above (Ultra would be nice. ) To be completely honest, I don't know to much about computer specs so every detail helps, a link to a decent build guide/video would also be greatly appreciated. Just in case you wanted to know I have a laptop right now which runs DayZ epoch at an unplayable 12 fps. It has a AMD A8-4500M APU with Radeon HD Graphics 1.90 GHz and 4.00 GB Ram (Windows 8)

If you have to include a monitor and an OS, then it's going to be tough to put together a PC that can run BF4 on high or Ultra at 1080p res with minimum framerate of 40 FPS. For under $800 total. A copy of Windows will run about $100, and a cheap 1080p monitor will run about $150. So your only left with $650 for a CPU, mobo, case, PSU, HDD, video card, speakers/headset, mouse and RAM.

The by far most demanding game you have listed is Battlefield 4, so I tried the build to match the requirements of this game.

this is what I recommend in case you already have a monitor, keyboard & mouse

BF4 should be playable on high settings with 50+ fps. It may well be that in some scenes the fps can go under 40 but only for a very short time (1 to 2 secs)
