Minecraft story mode DLC not downloading on my ps4?

I have a season pass disc for Minecraft story mode I have episode one already installed but the other episodes that have already been released will not download. When I go to check the availability of the episode I get a notification that tells me I have to be connected to the PlayStation Network but my system is connected to the PlayStation Network and I've disconnected and logged back in multiple times and it still won't work. All my other applications associated with the PlayStation Network will work so its something wrong with the game itself. Any solution to this would be much appreciated considering I paid $30 and would like to get my money s worth.
