Are you on PS3? You have to invite people on you're friends list. (same on xbox) otherwise, on PC you have to find the taget server i.p. Code. Which is displayed as: xxxxxx (Lan) or usually on massive organized servers- mc.[server name].[com, io, net.ect, ect]
