I want to play online with my boyfriend on minecraft ps3 version, but it won't let me play online. Everytime i try a box saying; "You are not allowed to create this game session because one of your local players has Online disabled on their Sony Entertainment Network account due to chat restrictions." I'm not the master account. Can someone please answer?

There's a problem with your internet i think.

The master account has disabled online features that Minecraft needs. The only way to fix this is have the owner of the master account remove these restrictions.
