Minecraft on multiple systems?

So I play minecraft on ps4 at my house and I'm currently at my friends. He has a ps4. I tried signing into my account to get the same server as my house but it wasn't there. Is it possible to play it from another system?

Your world saves are on the console itself, they're not tied to your PSN account.
