Is Minecraft for PS3 WORTH IT?

Well with that game you will have much fun in the starting but after few weeks you starts to get bored and probably never play that game after that like me.

If you have Minecraft for PC or Xbox 360 already, I recommend you don't, unless you have friends that you want to play with online. If you don't have Minecraft yet, or only have the PE, why not?

Let me preface this with "This is my opinion".

If at all possible, the best version of Minecraft available is the PC version. Not only is it a few major updates ahead of the other versions, it is also the one that you can mod.

Mods can *greatly* expand the lifetime of your game, and they are only possible on the PC version.

That being said, if all your friends have the PS3 version, then multiplayer will be made simpler if you have the PS3 version too.

IT IS WORTH IT.

Minecraft is not as good as the PC version. Console Minecraft is limited - you can't use mods, you PAY for avatar skins, etc. Just like mobile games you play here and there, stop playing for a few weeks, then come back where you left off. Console Minecraft is not meant to be an in-depth game.
