How to use Minecraft 360 saves on the PS3?

I have a lot of Adventure Maps for Minecraft on the Xbox but most of my friends play on the PS3 so I was wondering if there's any way to use these saves on the PS3 as there doesn't seem to be many Adventure Maps for the PS3.

I'm not sure if this will work but would it work if you copied your xbox seeds and loaded them on ps3 and then saved it? I'm not sure if the seeds only contain that world and thats it or if it contains things youve done and or have in it. Just a thought hope it works!
