I have Minecraft playstation 3 edition and I don't play it that much. My cousin would play it way more so I wanna give it to him but it's a digital download how do I do that?

He would have to buy it on his own account, there's no way to transfer anything to another account.
The only other way, if you want him to have access to your account, is to sign in to his PS3 with your PSN account and download it that way. But that's taking a risk for various reasons.
