How to summon herobrine on ps3 minecraft?

1: Herobrine isn't in the game, he started off as a story (Creepypasta) and then was made into a mod/plugin

2: Console versions of Minecraft can't use mods or plugins. If you want Herobrine in your game then you will need to use the PC version and install the mod or plugin.

It has been proven over and over again that Herobrine does not exist in vanilla Minecraft. Even Marcus said that he loves the stories, but sadly he isn't part of the game. It is just a made up story which then became a mod and plug used on online servers like Hypixel.
