I've followed all instructions to the letter. Downloaded the.zip to my PC, saved it to flash drive, unziped it, plugged it into my ps3 and this is where my problem is. No matter what I do it always says "There's no saved data." The only triangle option is the information tab. Any help?

You can't. The PS4 won't read game files of any kind from a USB.
