My friend bought minecraft and he wants to share it with me but it says it's activated on 2 ps3s already. His friend downloaded it and then erased his account and the game but it still says that. So I want to now if there's a way to Disactivate it and if there's how?

His friend would need to have deactivated the account before deleting it from the PS3. However, there's a way to do it through the SEN website:
DEVICE DEACTIVATION:
Account Management, including your devices, can be accessed through SEN. To access your account online, go here:
https://account.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/login.action
Login with your PSN E-mail address and Password.
Go to Devices tab then PlayStation Systems.
Select My PS3 System(s) (or PSP) then click Deactivate.
Note that this can only be done once every 6 months.
You can now re-activate your account on your device(s).
To prevent further account activations or unauthorized activity, be sure to change your password so that next time they attempt to access your PSN account, it will ask for the new password and they can't log in.
