I everyone I just have a few questions will there be any NPC villages in Minecraft pocket edition 0.9.0 and will there be new biomes if so what will they be last question when will 0.9.0 come out

According to the Minecraft Wiki, the developers are hoping to include villagers in the 0.9.0 update, but there hasn't been any mention of villages as of yet. However the Jungle biome will "probably" be added, and the Mesa biome will "definitely" be added to the new update. To answer your last question: the developers haven't mentioned any information concerning the release date.
