Should I Get Minecraft Pocket Edition For My Android Or iPod?

I have an Android Note II and I also have an iPod Touch Generation 4. I always have my phone with me, and I only have my iPod at home. I'm just kind of iffy on getting it for my phone because I don't want the battery to drain quick, nor do I want it to take up a lot of storage. However I'm scared of getting it on my iPod because it may lag… A LOT! Any information is helpful, and leave what you think I should do! Thanks.

Oh and one more thing: If you know a free version or knock off version of Minecraft, let me know too!

I have Minecraft PE and it's not bad, but compared to console or PC it is. Or at least it is as of right now. There's a HUGE update coming out soon that will add unlimited worlds and caves. I'm hoping that will make me wanna play it more. I hardly ever play it, but it doesn't lag at all so don't worry about that. It is fun to play with friends though, me and my friends pull it out and play together in school whenever we're in lunch or have free time. The controls are a bit hard to get used to and the world is so ridiculously small (until the update). You can check the storage before you download it, I don't think it's any more than a gigabyte and as far as I know it doesn't drain battery life too quickly. As long as you keep your brightness down fairly low as it helps preserve battery life.

I suggest getting it if you have friends to play with or if your on the go a lot, but if you're at home a lot and you have it on console or PC, then I suggest not getting it but it's up to you!

I suggest get it for android. If you always have it with you and one day while you are out you just feel like playing minecraft you can pull your phone out and play minecraft. If you don't want th ebattery to drain quick you can just turn off ( not uninstall ) some of you apps. And the storage thing just depends how many gigabites you have and what you use your storage for.

But i don't know, thats just me.

Minecraft Pocket Edition.apk i'm sure there's a free version out there somewhere online. Its risky tho lol
