Question on Minecraft pocket edition, please check details?

Another player and I have been building a world together, but it's my world I just invite her in. Since it's not her world she can't play unless I'm there. Is there a way to fix this so that it's a world we both have, and we can both play if each other aren't in the world?

Get a server. Though that may be only for PC/Java edition

There's 3 options here…

A) Set up a Bedrock Dedicated Server on a person PC -- This requires some work to set up, as you have to download & install the server software as well configure your router to do this, but you have full control over who's access it & can be access by anybody at any time.

You can visit to pick up the server software.

* Pros: Full Control over server
* Cons: Requires Set-up, Need a spare PC to run 24/7, Need a reasonable PC (something recommended minimum specs will work) for server.

B) Subscribe to Minecraft Realms -- This will carry a monthly cost, but it's an officially managed server by Mojang & accessible right through the game. The base subscription fee is $4 / mo for yourself + 2 friends, but you can upgrade to you + 10 friends for $8 / mo later.

* Pros: Available 24/7, No PC set-up required, accessible immediately through the game
* Cons: Subscription costs

C) Rent a Personal Server -- This is similar to Minecraft Realms, but operated independently. These server hosting services can provide more options than Realms. HOWEVER, they can potentially be more expensive if you like large worlds.

* Pros: Flexible pricing, no PC set-up required, available 24/7
* Cons: Subscription costs, need to connect via IP / domain address

Please be aware that you won't be able to import your private world on any of these options (as you would have to dig into phone to pull out the necessary files… Which would be a considerable headache), so you would have to start a new on the server… But you would be be working together.

Hope this helps.
