So I got quartz and I made quortz bocks chiseled quortz blocks and quortz slab and so on,
But I can't get the stairs,
Like how do I make them or get them?

Use the nether core reactor and find a youtube video on how to use it and when you're done something will appear and you will have to fight so be prepared that something is a big nether type tower and will have quartz drops so pick them up and build it where you don't mind something getting destroyed
