How to get villages to spawn in Minecraft Pocket Edition?

I have tried to get villages to spawn multiple times but everytime I put in a new seed it just puts me on islands. My minecraft is updated completely on my phone.

All seeds have been changed due to the new update, you should try getting updated seeds.
