How to change minecraft pe skin?

I has the full version and I don't have jailbreak or ifile or cydia and my iexplorer doesn't work I would like to a know a minecraft pe skin changer or something that I don't have to download a lot of things. And I have iOS 8

Download Blocklauncher and Mods for PE 2. Blocklauncher is basically the mc PE with mods. Then go into the settings and find the skin part. (I haven't been on Blocklauncher in a while so I'm not exactly sure where to go). You also need to download the skins pack, which I believe is linked from the changing skin part.
