I have the following configuration and the games that you enlisted work without a problem on high settings even outlast(steam) works on highest detail plus BATTLEFIELD 4 worked on medium-high
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 2.25 GHz-you can get this cpu on ebay since its pretty old but it performs pretty good(40-50$?)
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6670 GDDR5 1GB(60-70$)
RAM:4GB any brand (80$)
HDD: WESTERN DIGITAL CAVIAR BLUE 500GB-no more needed(200 for games 300 for space(music, games etc. (80-90$)
PSU: XFX or Corsair 450W will be enough for you, i also have 450W and its really quiet(70$)
i'm really surprised how this rig performs(Far Cry 3-Ultra, Tomb Raider 2013-Ultra with TressFX 20 FPS, Battlefield 3-Ultra with 2xMSAA)
