Now how well can I play minecraft?

Ok I have previously, asked the same question, however my specifications have changed in order to knock off some money.

Processor:

AMD FX 8320 (8 x 3.5 GHZ - Turbo 8 x 4.0 GHZ)

RAM:

8 GB 1333Mhz (1x8GB) - (DDR3)

Video Card:

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti - 2 GB - (EVGA) - (PCI-E)

Your GPU should be able it to run it ultra at 1080p at an average of 188 fps. Most monitors can't refresh more than 60 fps so it should run beautifully.

Your CPU is top of the line so it shouldn't affect performance noticeably and your RAM, although not the fastest, won't affect gaming, only applications like Sony Vegas or Photoshop will really be affected.

Mate, I have a old 2009 dell 454 with a dual core Pentium, I can't remember the clock speed. But it wasen't above 1.7 GHz and using the ON BOARD graphics and plays minecraft perfectly.

WHAT YOU HAVE SOUNDS OVERKILL FOR MINECRAFT

Should play absolutely fine, I have similar spec and I reach up to 50 fps

Your processor, memory and gpu exceed the minimum and recommended system requirements for Minecraft, so it'll easily handle that game, or almost any game for that matter.
