So i run a youtube channel that consists of minecraft gaming and as my channel grows in popularity i feel that i have improve some things and one of the thing i would like to change is my profile picture. I guess one of your best bets would be visiting a place like DeviantArt, finding an artist you really like and asking them if they could do one for you. I would start by saying that you will pay them so they are more keen to do it, who knows they might even do it for free if you credit them.
