I currently have two videos on it, one is a game review with commentary and the other is like a funny minecraft video without commentary. So, since I'm young and not a native english speaker, I need advice on my commentary and audio quality and also my editing skills. And on my channel art, which I made myself. Please keep in mind that I'm an amateur and I'm pretty new to YouTube. Any answer would be really helpful.

Keep in mind when you make videos that it is a lot of Minecraft out there. Try make new content. Channel art, editing and all that is great.
I don't find your age or accent annoying (if that was one of the things you wanted to know xD ). Didn't really notice that you were not a native speaker (I'm not, so it might be easier for those who are).
All in all I think your channel is good and that you should keep on going.
