A few weeks ago my computer's fan made a very loud fan noise when I played Minecraft, (It never did that before.) I got my fans cleaned, but when I went to play it made the loud noise again. I got the fans cleaned, so they can't be dusty. There must be another reason.

What kind of loud noise? As in the fan is simply very loud? If that's the case then it's because the computer is getting too hot and the fan needs to go faster. There's no problem if that happens.

When the CPU in your computer works hard it gets hotter. The chassis fan and the CPU fan are designed to cool the processor when it gets hot so that it doesn't burn up. Don't worry about the fans running faster than normal.
Now if the fan is making a noise like it is failing… That's a problem, but if it's just a louder version of its normal noise… Don't worry.
