Basically what happened was, I was playing minecraft with a friend and left to go get food. When I came back, my cat had crawled on the keyboard and the screen is all stretched. I restarted the computer and it did nothing. How do i fix this? Thank you.
Added (1). This is also a toshiba laptop. It's fairly new, bought it 2015, but has been having some problems.

Yes cats have a tendency to do strange things to computers the seem to enjoy it!
Just do a system restore point go back a day it will fix whatever the cat did.
System restore in control panel not factory recovery!
No, go to your settings, lookup resolution, and change the resolution to what looks good. 128pX720 works best for me.
