Let me explain benchmark scores to you. They are speed measurements of hardware. With a little searching online you can find recommended hardware to run Minecraft with big mods. Then to compare it, look up the score for the recommended CPU and compare it with the score of the CPU you want to buy.
Same thing with the GPU. Compare their scores and see if they are fast enough to run it.
Just don't go with the idea that GHz is a measurement of speed. People also are confused about cores, more cores isn't always better.
