What did I do wrong? Minecraft Mod

I'm new to pc minecraft and I'm trying to install the digimobs mod version 1.7.2. I watched a video and I did the steps(I have forge WinRAR etc.) I made a mods folder and I dragged it from WinRAR to the mods folder. The forge profile is working. The problem is when i start minecraft and i'm on the home it says three mods active when it should say 4(digimobs). I make a world and nothing is there just regular minecraft. I don't know where I went wrong. Me and my friend watched the same video and it worked for him but not me. Heres a link to the video

Don't make a mods folder, when you download forge it makes one for you. Archimedes ship mod is amazing for creating boats and flying things, biomes o' plenty is also amazing, it adds so many new biomes that its impossible to find a vanilla biome xD, Mo Creatures is also good, it adds tons of new hostile and friendly mobs to minecraft. Make sure you don't create a mods folder, but use the one forge makes. Delete your.minecraft (And reinstall minecraft) so you have the folders brand new and can start over with installing mods.
