What are these Minecraft mods?

I have been watching CaptainSparklez new modded survival series and there are some mods which I would like. The images are linked below.

The first mod shows you what you have picked up and the second shows you what block you are looking at. Please help!

Added (1). Update: He has not released the modpack officially and the mod list in the first episode does not list it, I think. To be clear. THIS IS HIS BRAND NEW ULTRA MODDED SURVIVAL.

Added (2). Update 2: It is also Not Enough Items. I have scoured the options completely and there are no options to display what is in the pictures.

I don't know about the mod that tells you what you just picked up, but I do know what mod shows you what you are looking at.
