I've looked into getting some texture packs for my minecraft on a Mac. I've seen a tutorial and it seems simpler than downloading a mod. Are there any good texture packs I should use? I want one that will make everything look super cool or looks very girly. If not that's okay.

Faithful Texture Pack is really good! It's basically the normal texture pack but everything is more smoothed off so you know what everything is but it looks a lot better. Otherwise I would go for one of the Dokucraft texture packs, suck as Dokucraft Light or Dokucraft Dark, because it's also a really good texture pack. As for one that looks girly I recommend Girlcraft. It's not the most girly but it's good as well.
