Need Staff For My New Minecraft Server?

I'm planning on starting a Minecraft PC server, but i want to get the staff situation figured out first, here is what i need. One Developer, 2 Helpers, 3 Mods, 4-5 Builders, I will decide admins later if i can find that you are trust worthy. You must be mature, and must be able to efficiently communicate on Skype.
