Mods, savedata and the PS3 rules?

I wanted to download savedata for a few games I've played (Just for boredom) but I'm scared that it'll unlock all the trophies or get me banned? Like if I download a Skyrim savedata (that's 100 percent complete) will the trophies all unlock? That's no fun. I really wanted to download a Minecraft map but I hear doing so gets you banned with PSN and I also want to download mods. For my games. I heard playing Offline. Is safe but if you go online you're get banned and does my Ps3 need to be jailbreak (or whatever its called nowadays)

So the real questions are;

-can I download Minecraft maps and pass it onto my Ps3 without being banned?
-If I download savedata for any game will it unlock trophies or disable them? (Games like; Mirror Edge, Call of Duty Black Ops, Minecraft, Batman)

-Are mods on PS3 safe to use offline or forget it all together?

You can't use data from another system as it will say it's unusable, and trophies don't automatically unlock as you MUST play for it to actually recognize you got the trophy yourself. You also can't download data and then transfer it to the PS3, such as map packs, as the PS3 won't recognize the data as being usable.

So even you did attempt any of that, it won't work.

The ONLY way to get anything like that to work is to have it jailbroken, so if yours isn't, then you can't.
