I want to start modding for minecraft 1.7.2, as that is my forge version, but I can't find any tutorials to get me started. I just want a series of beginner tutorials for coding in minecraft forge, so that I can learn to make my own mod. I've looked everywhere but I can't find a website or video to watch, so that I can start. If you could recommend me a series of videos for beginner minecraft forge modding tutorials for 1.7.2, that would be great.

A good place to start would be to learn Java first. Is the what Minecraft mods are programmed in and knowing a bit of Java is pretty much required to make a mod.
