I started a map with the diamond dimensions mod pack, and everytime i spawn i fall through the ground and fall into the endless void.

Just try letting it load for like 3 minutes at most. Maybe it's just your computer trying to process and render all those chunks and it's just taking it time to do it. When I join a server that sometimes happens to me for a couple of seconds.
