Minecraft 1.7.2 forge crash when loading a new world?

Flan's (Parts and modern weapons packs)
Biomes'o'plenty
Code chiken core
Voxelmap
Optifine HD
Twilight forest
Treecapitator
Damage indicators
bspkrsCore

I've made sure I have all the required mods and that every single mod is compatible with Forge, also that they're all 1.7.2, but still no avail.

Too many mods, or you haven't given Mine craft enough ram

Try removing one mod and start again mods may cause your game to crash like mine

Yeah, apparently my 8Gig laptop was giving only 512MB to Minecraft. Changed it to 4Gig so it fixed lag issues too.
