My computer is really good I have 8gb of ram, 64 bit processor, I'm playing Attack of the B-Team (technic pack) and I added optifine mod to the pack and did everything I could to make it faster and the picture is the result. Still major lag spike. I tried re-downloading everything, even Java. I don't know what to do. Someone help please?

Did you go into the technic launcher and give it more ram to use? Its a pinwheel looking thing at the top right of the technic launcher, in the middle it says "Memory" change that to about 4GB. If doing that doesn't work, try a less demanding pack with less mods. Also go into fullscreen mode in game, it should give you alot more FPS and close all other things like internet, music and any other thing open.
