Is there a technic modpack that has the mods that ldshadowlady uses in her shadow craft series?

I have looked high and low for one i have found a few but they haven't worked or havemt got all the mods. Please help thanks. P.S. I would just download the mods myself but my computer only lets me play mods that are in a mopack for some weird reason it won't let me download minecraft forge thats why
