I have the Latest version of minecraft and mac OS X 10.9.2, and i don't know how to install mods can anyone help me?

Go to the minecraft folder, delete minecraft.jar, drag in the hacked client. Reload and relaunch game. Make
sure to rename the hacked client to minecraft.jar
