I don't really understand your question, but if you want one, ask someone who knows about computers. It'll cost you anywhere from 400 to over 1000 depending on what you want. If you don't know anything about computers, there's this one site you can use:

and then you search "how to build a gaming computer" so you can get professional advice from places like "Tom's Hardware" before asking strangers and trolls on y/a

Edit: I said build, rather than buy, because it's better to buy your own parts, depending on what you want. But you should spend a few weeks researching, so you know what each component does, and what it's going to cost you.
