How well will my Inspiron 7548 run Fallout 4?

The specs are slightly below minimum, but better in some places.
Intel i5-5300U @2.2GHz
6GB RAM (upgradable)
Intel HD 5500 graphics with 3GB RAM
I'm only looking for ~30fps, I've played worse. Fallout 3, loaded with mods, runs great, Minecraft and Mount&Blade Warband run phenomenally, Fallout 4 is a big step up though. Sadly, I can't build a computer, I d just like something to occupy my free time.
