Anyway to stop Monsters such as zombies And skeletons Etc From spawning?

Change the difficulty to ''Peaceful''.
Use light
Torches (coal above sticks) are your best friend.
Peaceful is too easy and you are wanting to get rid of the mobs? What sense does that make? Getting rid of mobs would make the game easy to begin with since food isn't an issue with meat AND wheat both being a choice and wheat is available to grow anywhere. Your worst enemy would be fall damage.
Peaceful mode or torches are your only option. If you are playing on pc version you MIGHT be able to find a mod for it but that's unlikely being how useless your request is to begin with.
