The mods I'm using are for minecraft 1.5.2 (a couple of the mods still havn't been updated yet)
I know how to make a vanilla texture pack, but I want to know how to put mod textures in the packs.

Probably you need to show exact location in that vanilla texture pack. For example assets/mod/texture.png. O something like that. But to be 100% sure. Google it. ^^
