How to install mods for minecraft? - 2

I've watched videos and read walkthroughs but i'm confused i need help as soon as possible. The only jar folder i have is the launcher i already have winrar and adf.ly doesn't work on my pc so i need direct links. I have a mod already(pixelmon).
