How to get sponsored on youtube for my gaming channel?

I think to get people's a tension:
1) post as many game videos as possible, and also play many different games as possible
2) post your youtube channel name on social media, like Facebook or Twitter

You need to create Really good videos, support your channel with a live stream on twitch. Make sure you have the best quality, the best programs, and possibly some gear (shirts, hoodies, etc.) btw, 1000 may seem like a lot of subscribers, but until you go to random gaming videos and see people talking about your channel. You won't get sponsored. You need to get at least 10K, that would get you where you want to be. Continue to create compelling videos and you'll get there. Hard work gives great rewards. Also, go to other people's videos and comment about your channel, but don't say anything like "Come check out my channel guys! It's awesome, you may like it more than this one!" be smooth, and cool: "I don't usually do this, because I don't want to steal this guy's fans… But I also have a youtube channel and think it'd be cool if you just take a glance at one of my videos" Recommend a popular vid of yours to them. Also, if you have friends on minecraft or garry's mod, record with them! Do mini games and stuff. Use Skype as well so you can enjoy laughs with your friends. Much like those really big youtubers like Sky, Deadlox, xRpMx13, CaptainSparklez and more. (Not tobuscus because he doesn't play minecraft anymore, plus he's a solo guy.) Just have fun with what you do, don't do anything that a few episodes in you'll quit. It really matters what the fans think. Do something you know you'll enjoy showing to the world and you think they may like to. Here's something you can do:

Download the infinite Creeper maze map, grab a friend or two, get on Skype, Call them, hook up an HD PVR if you have one, and have fun. Make sure they have the map to and that you have Minecraft Realms. Realms Is only $13 a month, just do 13 for 1 month only and see what your fans think. If they like it, keep buying it and recording. Make yourself a twitter account and share your channel with Notch, or 4J studios or Jeb. They may shout you out. 4J studios will, tell them you just got 1K Subs and politely ask for a shoutout. If they do it, you'll be recognized in no time. I myself have a channel and don't have many subs. I just got 548, alone. So, if I ever get to 1K while you do, I MIGHT buy realms. And I'll play with you a couple times. I'll also record with you.
