CORRUPTED Minecraft World?

I have been playing on a modded survival. Yesterday, I switched to no mods, and went looking for a server. I forgot to go back and add the mods when I rejoined my world today. All THE MODDED STUFF IS GONE! HOW DO I REVERSE THIS So I GET MY THINGS BACK?!

You won't. Unless you didn't make a backup, there's no way to revert a minecraft map as far as I know, since it is updated each time you exit it (or perform /save commands).
