Cheep laptops that would run MineCraft and some mods?

I'm looking for a laptop that will run MineCraft with some mods and textures not amazing but average.
It can only be a laptop as I'm a agent chef so I'm moving around all the time.
But want it cheep.

You can Get a Dell or Toshiba, I Have Minecraft and i have a Fujutsi Siemens, Really old Computer, you can get them online for about 55 Pound - 250 Pound.

Or You can Try Upgrading the Laptop you curranttly Have, if you wish to do so, Go to the Micosoft store or Apple or Toshiba, I Recommend going to Your Local Mall/Town and Going to the O2/Orange Store

I don't have any examples, but the only thing you need is a decent CPU, as Minecraft only relies on that.
