Are xbox 360 minecraft mods harmful for an xbox?

I recently got an xbox 360 minecraft mod and i want to know if it will damage your xbox? The programs i used were the mod file and horizon. Will it mess up my xbox?

It honestly shouldn't unless you mod your profile. I love modding Minecraft on the 360, I've been modding it since it came out, and my xbox works perfectly fine.
You should be all set, the only thing that will happen is what's on the mod file, which shouldn't be any negatives.
