The mostly limiting factor is going to be the CPU based for recording. For streaming purposes your internet upload speed would be one as well. Since I have no information on your internet speed, I can't speek of that. Your CPU is quite good and shouldn't have any issues,
You may have to reduce game quality settings if there are stuttering issues, other than that it probably would be fine.

Get an i5 4670k, you'll never use the features of the i7 if you're gaming. In fact, you'll lose performance.
With the money saved buy a GTX 760 or GTX 770. Whichever one you can afford.
